1. How much does a SENGinar cost?

SENGinars are typically $40 for 90 minutes unless otherwise noted. SENG members receive a $10 discount on all live SENGinars (excluding CE courses). That includes the ability to attend live, and unlimited access to the online recording.

SENGinar recordings are also available for purchase. 

Unfortunately, SENG is unable to issue refunds for SENGinar purchases.

2. How do I find the Live and Recorded SENGinars?

You can register for all Live SENGinars and view/purchase recordings for all SENGinars broadcast from December 2014 to the present on our Registration Page. All recorded SENGinars broadcast prior to December 2014 are currently available through our SENG Store.

3. How do I apply my $10 membership discount on Live SENGinars?

Enter the email you used to sign-up for membership with %A0 (that’s the percent sign, capital A, and zero) added to the end as a coupon code. Remember, this discount is only available on Live non-CE SENGinars purchased with an individual license.

4. I can’t attend live. Is there another way for me to access the session?

Yes. Whether or not you participate in the live event, as long as you have registered, during the week following the Live broadcast, you will see a new category on your Registration Page entitled “SENGinar – Recording for [name of the Live SENGinar you purchased] Participants.” After registering for the free recording under this new category, it will be available for your personal viewing. *NOTE: YOU MUST BE SIGNED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT TO SEE THIS CATEGORY

5. Do I get a recording?

Yes. ALL paid registrants (whether you attended the Live session or not) will see a new category on your Registration Page within the week following the Live broadcast. It will be entitle “SENGinar – Recording for [name of the Live SENGinar you purchased] Participants.” After registering for the free recording under this new category, it will be available for your personal viewing. *NOTE: YOU MUST BE SIGNED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT TO SEE THIS CATEGORY

6. I already have an account that I set up. Why doesn’t it work anymore?

The account you set up for use in our SENG Store is still used for purchasing and viewing Recorded SENGinars broadcast prior to December 2014. Live SENGinars and Recorded SENGinars broadcast December 2014 to the present are available through our Registration Page and require a different account to access.

7. I don’t have a PayPal account- can I still order a SENGinar?

Yes. You do not need a PayPal account to pay. When you arrive at the PayPal page, click on “Buy as a guest.”  You will be able to securely complete payment online via credit or debit card, without creating a PayPal account.

8. How do I prepare for the webinar?

Test your system and speed HERE. Please be sure to perform that test at least 48 hours before the SENGinar. If you encounter difficulty during your system test, please send an email to webinars@SENGifted.org.

9. How do I log in?

When you register and complete payment you will receive an email with login information and an access link. You will need the password you entered when registering to access the live event. Again, if you don’t receive the email or any of the reminders that are sent out one week before, one day before, and the day of the event, contact SENG as soon as possible at webinars@SENGifted.org.

10. I forgot my password!

Click the “Forgot Password?” link under the sign-in box.

11. How many times can I view a SENGinar?

You may view a SENGinar recording as many times as you would like. Please remember that these recordings are for individual use only. You can purchase a site license of the recording from our SENG Store for recordings broadcast prior to December 2014 or from our Registration Page for recordings broadcast December 2014 to the present which you may share with your colleagues at an event or get-together.

12. Are there any education credits available for SENGinars?

Periodically, SENG offers SENGinars with CEs through its Professional Series. These webinars are approved by the American Psychological Association. Watch SENG’s website, our Registration Page, and your email inbox for announcements of these and all SENGinars.

13.Who can I contact for more information about SENGinars?

In the event of an emergency that prevents SENG from broadcasting a SENGinar, we will make every effort to reschedule the same expert and make that rescheduled session available to all registered guests. Registrants will be notified by email within 24 hours of the original scheduled session.
