Dabrowski believed overexcitabilites enhanced our capacity for self-actualization. How can we make that a reality? The coping skills we use to manage overexcitabilities as children often develop into habits that get in our way as adults. In this presentation, Kate Arms will talk about how we can grow beyond these habits and move towards greater fulfillment.
Bio: Kate Arms
Kate is a leadership development consultant and life coach. She is passionate about helping gifted and 2e adults thrive and specializes in the challenges that arise from overexcitabilities and a wide range of interests. She works with artists, parents, emerging corporate leaders, new mentors, volunteer-run organizations, and complex family systems. She is also the parent of four gifted kids, two of whom are also on the autism spectrum.
