Additional Information from the Hosts:

Bright minds often carry heavy hearts. In a world that often seems to be on fire and doesn’t always understand intensity, complexity, or existential depth, joy can feel elusive—even for the gifted.  This virtual group is designed for gifted adults around the world seeking more than intellectual stimulation. Together, we’ll use the Dalai Lama and Desmond Tutu’s The Book of Joy as an anchor to explore:

  • How to cultivate joy in the face of emotional intensity and injustice
  • The tension between internal peace and a restless mind
  • The gifts and burdens of awareness, empathy, and moral responsibility
  • Practices that foster presence, purpose, and connection—without bypassing the hard stuff

Each session will blend reflective dialogue, practical strategies, and community support. There’s no pressure to perform or prove—just space to be, feel, and grow alongside others who get it.

Who it’s for:  Gifted, twice-exceptional, and neurocomplex adults who crave deep conversation, a better world, and a path to sustainable joy.
