Join us for a 6-week interactive series designed specifically for gifted adults navigating the unique joys, challenges, and opportunities of later life. Gifted & Golden Seniors provides a welcoming space to connect with peers, share experiences, and reflect on what it means to age as a gifted adult.

Through weekly discussions, collaborative activities, and guided reflection, participants may explore topics such as:

• Understanding giftedness in later life and its impact on identity
• Maintaining cognitive vitality, creativity, and lifelong learning
• Navigating emotional intensity and building meaningful relationships
• Finding purpose, making contributions, and leaving a legacy
• Supporting mental, emotional, and physical well-being
