SENG Refund Policy
General Information

Registrants requesting a refund need to do so in writing, submitting requests to the SENG email or through the Contact Us Form

All approved refunds will be done minus any processing fees occurred through the payment system(s) used

Refund requests that are granted will be disbursed within 2 weeks of approval of the request

Please note that some individual events may have their own specific refund policies noted on the individual registration pages

Refunds will be made according to the following guidelines below
In Person Events

Up to 30 days before the first day of the event: Full Refund

Between 14 and 30 days before the first day of the event: 50% Refund

Less than 14 days before the first day of the event: No Refund
Substitutions are allowed at no charge up to 1 week prior to the event. For substitutions made less than 1 week prior to the event an appropriate processing fee may be applied.
The full registration fee will be charged to those who are no-shows and have not canceled within 14 days prior to the event start date.
Virtual Programming
Virtual programs that are recorded for viewing later are not eligible for refunds. Please request access to the recording after the event if not already provided.
Virtual events that are not recorded may be refunded if the request is made more than 24 hours in advance.
No shows will not be refunded.
Other Details
Emergency Illness or Death of Registrant or Immediate Family Member: Exceptions may be made for emergency situations only up to the event start date. Emergency situations are defined as: illness, accident or death. Registrants who are unable to attend the event based on a personal emergency situation, or one involving an immediate family member, may receive a partial refund or full credit for a future meeting (as applicable). Requestors shall submit the request in writing to the SENG. The Executive Director shall review the request to ensure it is in accordance with written policy.
Membership and SENG Partner Cancellations and Refund Policy
SENG reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership or partnership with SENG. If SENG refuses a new or renewing membership/partnership, these individuals will be offered a refund.
Membership and SENG Partner Cancellation by a Member/Partner

New membership/partnership cancellations received within 30 days of joining SENG will be refunded.

Memberships/Partnerships on auto-renewal cancellations received within 30 days of the auto-renewal transaction date will be refunded.
Cancellations received after the above stated deadlines will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations will be accepted by email, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. In addition:

All refund requests must be made by the member or credit card holder.

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
The above policies apply to all memberships and partnerships unless otherwise noted.
Other Refund Requests Policy
In the event a customer is unsatisfied with any purchase from SENG and is requesting a refund, it must be made in writing to the SENG email. The Executive Director shall review the request and determine if a refund is justifiable.
